Hands in Pocket

Friday, February 04, 2011

Knowledge can’t be gained without philosophical methods. Otherwise, all what we do is just memorizing and repeating like parrots. Also, nations can’t improve without knowledge. So, philosophy is the only way for nations to progress and educate. What I just used is Aristotle’s logic.

I've been raised in an environment where there is a wide gap between social classes. Belonging to a high intermediate family class in the middle of poor and middle class families was very strange, as my class represent, naturally, very few people. I have to admit that I acted in my teenager age as an arrogant ass who doesn't give a shit about people. To tell the truth, I made an advantage of my social classes bullying on other students in school. The shock which made me realize my reality is discovering higher classes. For my surprise, I am nothing in the scale of Saudi social classes. This variation is so important for me, as I thought I was on the top of the world. In addition, I could notice and realize its meaning everywhere. Most significantly, the social classes’ gap is very wide.

I always enjoy overhearing people talking; in bus, hospital, coffee shops, or anywhere else. I want to know what is up in their little minds. And reinforce my idea regarding groups’ variation. Some of them complain, most of them do so, because the judge is your enemy. However, when they have nothing to complain about, they start to have a fun. The fun concept may fluctuate from football, cars, girls, to nothing else as far as I could notice. Maybe sometimes there is an intellectual talk pooped up in the middle of the conversation. Nevertheless, most of these intellectuals are ugly and freaky mutations. The orientation is always defending believes by attacking others, not seeking or understanding a new opinion..

You don’t expect people to get rid from the anger status as they can’t fulfill their essential needs. Also, as they have no time to spare in education or enlightenment, they are ignorant. Anger and ignorance are the 2 main pillars in the Saudi community. I can claim that all directions, lobbies, sects, and orientations in community can’t jump this fence. Until we provide people with food and education, please don’t expect to fancy any dialog enriched with reason.

There’s a balance between needs and education. As necessities are more fulfilled, you expect people to be more educated. Also, as people are more educated, you expect them to demand their needs persistently. Uneducated community may not know its needs, or it spends all the time to gain the prerequisites. The lag in Saudi Arabia is the unfair distribution for wealth, and impaired education system, beside many other issues like high unemployment rate. The result is variation in the expectation regarding the sufficiency of both needs and education. It’s very complex, but it can be easier when it came to Tunis, where educated people became aware of their rights, and they demanded it.

Nevertheless of the complex ignorance of our needs and knowledge in Saudi Arabia, people are in an anger status. I can understand when an individual spent all school grades in private institute, that one didn’t meet people who can’t effort, say 35k per year, to educate their children in private schools.

When I practiced anesthesia, last summer, a technician approached me to critique and object. One component of his speech, long one, was keeping my hands inside my pocket all the times. I don’t want to show arrogance but I’m over ranking him. He’s a damn horny operator from somewhere lost in the middle of the lost desert. And all he could do is coming to advise me. With all sorrow, he couldn’t understand the wisdom in keeping my hands in pocket. If he had kept his hands in his pocket, he wouldn’t stick them in someone else’s pockets.

What I want to propose is to help people, inside my field of knowledge. Meanwhile, keep your hands in your pocket instead of fighting and hitting others. Hands in pocket is secular, in sense they keep their beliefs in their pocket, and don’t label or judge people based on theirs attitudes. The concept of hands in pocket is we start with what people need first the most, and then move to another step. Please, we don’t want to interfere with people religious believes, we have much major issues.

First, I’m really afraid of poverty and wide gap between social classes. Poverty can be minimized effectively by good jobs. To find good jobs, we need good education. And education is the main pillar for all of our troubles. If we could only establish a system, believes in specialization and philosophy, to teach young people to promote trust in one self, and respect the others, then we would finish a huge step in our community milestone.

Finally, we can achieve the specialization idea, by education, which by itself would widen the casual person horizons. As a consequence, one person doesn’t need another to speak on one behalf’s. Also, that would minimize the influence of others, like religious men, outside their own area of specialty. In the end, everybody keep their hands in pocket, doing only what they are meant to do, saving the effort of messing in others’ pocket.

Santa Claus

Friday, January 14, 2011

If Santa Claus had known about UAE, he would have left his gift factory. The whole idea is about dwarfs. Immigration office, in Santa Claus’s happy land, limits the number of foreign employment. Also, the labor office puts regulation regarding working hours and conditions, beside minimum salary. Santa, you should come to here, where little men, a lot of them, will take care of your gifts. In addition, you will have one to cut your beard, one to dye it, and your clothes, and another to clean your shoes. Also, no need for your cattle to drag your cart. We don’t want to upset animal rights organization, so use dwarfs to do this mission.

First dwarf I met, when I had arrived, was at security check point. He carries the basket for you, wait until you unload your pockets, then he puts the basket over the x-ray machine. Another one was on the other side taking the empty baskets to the first dwarf. People really don’t have to do anything, and soon we may make dwarf breath for us. For first time, I’ve seen dirty and lazy westerner. Hence, it’s their good nature has changed due to hot humid climate. Or, it’s the missing tight system. Anyway, it could be multifactorial, 2 components of them are: 1. somebody always after you to clean your shit. 2. This shit cleaner is a cheap labor.

Dwarfs are all over the place in Abu Dhabi: I don’t think the government imports them from outside. I suspect there are some hidden mines or factories to extract and manufacture dwarfs. Those factories are operated by dwarfs themselves. The truth which I’m not sure of that locals has a fewer career and occupations opportunities, as foreigners do everything. Otherwise, the fact would be that government provides the best jobs for locals, leaving dwarfs doing the dirty work. The 2010 estimation for the population is 4.9M; Emiratis are only 19 to 20%. Unemployment rate is 4.9%. Still numbers could be deceiving and it’s not clear if the unemployment rate includes both foreigners and citizens.

The only estimation for unemployed in Saudi Arabia is provided by local banks. It states that around 10% of males only are without jobs. Notice, statistics include males only, there’s no whatever data for females. However, some rates go up to 25% of the population. The noticeable efforts in last 5 to 10 years were to recruit Saudis as cooker/chiefs, seller men, or customer services. The last update is we could provide up to 50K occupation by making Saudis work in fuel stations. Well, the least guess for foreigners in Saudi Arabia is 8 million out of 27 million total population. Something is worth mentioning before we resume this topic is the Saudi males represent 50.9% of the whole population, while females are only 49.1%. If we should support polygamy, then we may end up with the half of boys unmarried. The other way, we divide the other male half into 2 halves, and let’s support homosexuality.

I presume: the 8 million non-Saudi are holding the best jobs, and sharp edge occupation. On the other hand, the Saudis are labored in blue collar jobs. I don’t mean to underestimate any profession, yet I wanna emphasis on the irony of comparison between UAE and KSA.

My Left Leg

Morphine

This is the happiness formula:

Pain è Brain Stimulation è Endorphin è Happiness

Therefore and ironically no pain, no happiness, this is not logical approach but biological. This was my trail to get rid of my depression mood. I pursued pain and started thinking: how? I thought of being emo, eating too spicy food, seeking for girls to practice sex, or do some Shia performance like injuring my head or striking my chest. However, I settled eventually to do some walking, 2 km/day is fair enough. Really, I could feel pain, very severe pain, and the weight of the nail inside my left leg was like bearing the whole world inside of me.

I could feel a rapid improvement in my mood. I was listening to some music in the walking session. The listening changed to be enjoying, and just over thinking of the beauty of that music. Walking in the desert along with too furious cars felt like flying without wings between Paradise Rivers. Until I slipped into a river, I mean dumpster, a car run over me. In Saudi Arabia, all drivers consider the street as their house pathway. They have an owner statement on it. The arrogant mentality is really unexplainable.

I lost my conscious to find myself later on in the ER, in my university hospital. They told me a car smashed my left leg, again, my poor broken leg. Some wiseass intern there decided to do an urgent MRI for me to evaluate the extent of the injury to my muscles and nerves. As a medical student, I received a special treatment there; I didn’t have to wait in any queues. So, in matter of seconds, I found myself in the chamber of the MRI. For those who are away from medical fields, MRI stands for magnetic resonance imaging, you can find the rest about it in Wikipedia. However, you have to know that this machine is very magnetic and sensitive to metals. Once they operated, it started producing strange sounds, as usual, but it got more intense. I could see some electrical thunder and sparks, and all sudden the machine went dead.

Another loss of conscious, this time the pain was excruciating in my left leg. The worst pain I could have felt ever. During my recovery period in the hospital, I heard too often some strange voices. Main attitude of that voices were sexual. Manly voices were oriented toward asses in first place, and then they diverge to many different parts. Feminine ones were directed toward skin tone, height, and body builds. I kept hearing and hearing and I was sure it wasn’t the pain killer act in my brain. This is real, my left legs started to hear people thoughts. And all the hospital thinks about sex.

After few months of being discharged, I collected many observations of people thoughts. It deserves to mention that I was sitting once outdoor in a Starbucks. A young lad, say 13 or 14 years old passed in front of me. He was cute and wearing a nice short. Seconds later, a religious man passed, I heard his brain saying: “oh, what an ass!” So, even in community, one main theme of my observation was sex, either homo or heterosexual. The other was hypocrisy; nobody at all tells what really his/her mind thinks of. They like to kiss asses, suck penises, and lie on you telling you, your ass/penis tastes the best. It’s like a disease, an urge which they can’t stop. Many observations were indicating that, one of them happened to me when I took a history from a patient. I introduced myself as a sub intern with a big smile over my face. For the rest of the conversation my left leg could hear him only saying: “dump ass!”

The happiness equation which I mentioned in the beginning can’t be reversed as:

Happiness è Endorphin è Brain Stimulation è Pain

However, even the correct form of it couldn’t serve my leg after (reading the minds) shock. I think this fact, realizing what people think of, took me to a higher level of pain: the hurt of being lied on. It’s an agony now and it’s getting worse because nobody can understand what I pass through. Also, nobody can stop being hypocrite and telling me his/her mind for real. This place is covered with a thick sheet of dust, dirt, pollution, and ill intentions.

The credit for the picture goes to pink eyes.

Islamic Veil

Friday, October 22, 2010

It’s smart to obtain wisdom from crazy people. It’s insane to seek love in Saudis. And let’s say I’m crazy. This entry would sound very odd as we progress, so I warn you: in the end of this blog, don’t feel horny or sexually aroused. As I’m sitting in my favorite place, in Starbucks, I can over hear some soft voices behind the hedge/fence, between families and singles section. For those who never had the chance to visit Saudi Arabia: all restaurants, coffee shops, or customer service centers are separated between males in one side and families/females on the other side. However, I am feeling little attracted to that voice. I imagine that girl as pretty as TV stars, because they are the only females I see. Also, as I don’t have the right, or the mean to practice any sexual or physical contact with females, I would get really more attracted to the mysterious voice.

Attraction most often finds a couple to engage. This couple would produce soon a newly born creature, called love. Love, this miserable creature, lingers in eyes, mobiles, dark rooms, and ends up either in religion police center or rehab clinic. Though rehab clinic is very advance term for those people, they would relieve the pain in another victim. We could all notice that the process of creating love was highly physically ordinated. As a result, love is dependent and involved in bodies’ interaction. Virginally love, or so called innocent, decent or Platonic love is one of 2 options: having babies without intercourse, and that explains the name virgin love as Virgin Mary had babies without a father/intercourse. The other option is having an intercourse without penetration, because most of the boys are very afraid of hurting the girl. This can be reformed correctly and says: all the boys are afraid of commitment.

I can understand now why some Saudis would screw the whole life abroad or when they get married. They wanna unload. To make this long story short follow me: men get married because they are sexually pressurized. Then, they found out their wives are very conservative according to the horny man fancies. Most of those females are not really embarrassed, but they wanna give the impression of decent life before marriage. Eventually, the man would either seek another married female, who doesn’t care about his expectations, or he would sleep with every prostitute in Dubai, Bahrain and all around the world. Meanwhile, the shy wife would find another horny guy to practice the same right/wrong, her husband does.

I’ve lived long enough to witness people misery. Some of them are fathers who lie on their children promising them a house rather than the current apartment. Some of them are struggling against the whole world stressors, bully boss, high life expenses, and demanding partner. Other just live hopelessly meaninglessly and waiting for the beloved one. Yet the most miserable is a broken heart.

Imagine if time travel is possible. Also, each one of us has one chance to go back. Believe me, everyone would travel in time to splint the broken heart. Again, this meant to be the entry for the time travel topic, but I’m feeling very consumed. I have to stop. Don’t follow me, I’m heading to the graveyard. In my country cemetery each gravestone reads: here lies the love, the biggest lie they had believed in.

College Life

Friday, June 18, 2010
How to survive in 50 degree centigrade hot weather? It’s really melting hot. The Saudi practice of dressing could co up well with the climate. The thob is a piece of clothes designed like a female dress,  except for the long sleeves and minor changes. It allows the air circulation and ventilation, special of the lower manly organs. A teacher in my intermediate school listed the benefits of wearing thob. It’s easier to go to bathroom with thob, easier to practice sex with it, easier to run and fight or flee. However, when a Saudi guy holds his thob between his teeth, most often it’s running is for fleeing. The other piece is ghotra. It’s just a scarf over the head, and from now and on it will be coded as SoH. Talking about scarfs, the story is completely different at the female side. They wear the same manly dress but in black. Can you imagine all the heat and sun rays absorbed to that poor black body?
SoH
I always have this fancy of walking with my upper scrub piece and a boxer below.I want to do that, for sure, at the hospital wards, not anywhere else. This is not greys anatomy influence; it’s just I like and admires my boxers so much. The Saudi dressing code proved its failure in the recent heat wave. It’s only June, and it easily goes up to 55C and more. So, boxers are the solution. If you go out wear only a boxer, or even go outdoors naked. It’s really hot, hot and horny. A friend of mine was telling me that Saudi people are always sexually aroused because the heat. And usually they seek a window or a hole to release this heat.

I just finished my 5th year in Riyadh, the international capital of dust. The experience I gained in there is really enormous. It’s only 400 km away from my home town, though life there is very different in term of decades. It could be not only life; it is also the stage of my life I spent there, the college life. As far as I know, in any place other than Saudi Arabia or Riyadh or College of Medicine in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the college life has 1 important element: celebration and parties, beside many others. Well, the elements of my college life were nothing, just studying, Starbucksing, loneliness, surviving in such a terrible climate and interacting with the real world.

I’ve been discriminated on 5 bases by the real world:
1. Religion: though I’m not religious, and most discriminators were not.
2. Ideological: many religious people were calling me liberal, weird, and strange.
3. Tribal: and for those who don’t know what tribe is. It’s to know your 25 great grandfathers. This’s little under estimating to it, we may talk more about it later.
4. Demographical: I’m not from Najd; Riyadh, Qasim, Kharj, or wherever there. I’m from East, and the easterners are loyal to Iran, because they’re from there.
5. Socioeconomic: I’m stranger, oh god how suspicious is a stranger in Riyadh. Given I don’t really involve myself into their life style; I don’t go to the mosque at all, I don’t hang out with class mates, I don’t dress in Thob and SoH as they do, and I am silent most of the time. Also, I do everything they don’t do.

However, I learned how to be a pain in the ass, and surviving these harsh conditions. Indeed, I lost a lot, still, there’s some reasonable gain. I changed to another person, could be worse person. So, the other college life element is being a jerk. Just please before I go to the other topic, I didn’t do any harm to anybody under any condition in my whole residency in Riyadh.

This is my last summer as a student. Next year, I’m going to start my internship as soon as I finish the school. Finally the long harsh 7 years are approaching the end. Unfortunately, it sounds to be a busy summer. There will be no chilling, relaxing, or travelling abroad. So far, I am trying to apply for an anesthesia elective attachment in some hospitals around. I have a lot in my mind regarding some of my younger brothers. Alost, there are much more to do regarding my community. I may have a couple of weeks in September, so if you were in my place, what would you do?

Vulnerable

Friday, May 28, 2010

Every time I go to my bed, or any other bed, trying to sleep, the every night show starts playing in my mind. Like a movie, sequences follow each other; scenes keep repeating and flying like crows attacking a golden tooth in a corpse. Then, the corpse wakes up and screams in pain. I think it was punished in the later life, or early childhood.

What do you imagine when you close your eyes? A dark room, where inappropriate mistreatment took place into, a long time ago? Do you imagine another child giving you a lesson in the ABC of 567? Do you imagine sinking in the darkness and ignorance of silence, and left alone in the middle of a black hole? How many of us think of paradise, a lovely vacation, or nice memories, when eyes are sealed by the lids?

When I become a practicing doctor, I would like to undress every child I treat. I would seek for cigarette burns, bruises, broken bones, and even manipulated genitals. Yet, how to dig into the unseen? How to know what happens when a child or an adult closes his/her eyes? Abuse can be in many forms, yet the emotional or psychological abuse can be the worse and hardest to define and treat. Abuse happen in every age groups, still, the youngest the abused, the worse the outcome. Abuse can be for individuals, families, and nations, and sometimes the abuser is an individual, a group, or a whole nation.

Close your eyes, and think how abused you were? Stop, I didn’t mean it. However, I am this time closing my eyes and telling you what I see. My vision is very blurred, it can spot 2 unclear figures. As they approach closer to me, I got more scared. One of them is very old, and the other is very young. They start talking out loud, and then they start shouting. Each one of them is trying to convince me to join his side. I decide to run away, they start hunting me, and every time they catch a piece of me, I give up this piece to keep running. In the end, I survive, limbless, partless, only my mind could stay in one piece. Anyway, my mind keeps remembering this event until it melts down.

I can’t provide a specific or accurate statistics about abuse, in Saudi Arabia, as it’s legal in here. Marriage is a good excuse to sexually exploit a 9 years old girl. In the end, the prophet Mohammed was married to Aisha when she was 9. To tell the truth, children and females are the weakest chain. It’s not fair to exclude it only to those two, freedom is the abused poor female child. And when freedom is abused, you can expect them, Saudis, to invent many unbelievable and unpredictable methods of abusing. Saudi Arabia, the international inventory lab of abusing and mistreating, welcomes you.

I am afraid that in each house, there’s at least one case of abuse. It could be cruelty, neglecting, manipulation, or anything else. The question is; who to turn to? We’re lonely, vulnerable, and molested. We have nobody beside us. Anyway, it may form a black hole, which engulfs everything, or a white hole to create a universe full of colors. It depends on what you see, when you close your eyes and surf in the sea of memories.

Driving, driving me crazy

Thursday, October 29, 2009

While driving in Riyadh, I like to notice other drivers’ behavior. Beside the rudeness and harsh driving environment or battlefield, I observe another important behavior. Almost, everybody like to dig in their own battlefield, I mean noses. They do it in highways, traffic lights, or while waiting in parking, they do it alone, with their friends, wives, college, or anybody else. They just can’t resist the desire of digging for gold in their rotten noses. I could notice another irresistible habit while driving; religious people always keep moving their hands over their beard. Some people feel proud about mucus inside their noses, and some feel proud for having long beards.

In America, people in bureau, in streets, and everywhere are very helpful when it comes to blonde girl. The concept beneath that is strange, and I can’t really understand it, still blondes are very pretty, seducing, and to some extent they’re easy going. Yet, we may consider being blonde in there like a privilege. In Saudi Arabia, we reached the same level of thinking privilege wise. Considering the variation, here the attitude goes toward people with very ugly face characters, gloomy, a skirted thoubes/dress, and a long very long pony tail hair style, I mean pony tail beard. Religious people here has the same privilege blonde girls has in America. It could be due to their huge asses, and I mean religious men, since it’s very suggesting of a deep sexual experiment. Ironically enough, some shaved Egyptian doctors start to raise their plants once they arrive to here, as well you may notice some enlargements somewhere else.

Homosexuality and religious people is like a twin. I wanna specify catholic priests. They live under stress; they can’t marry or practice sex. I’m not sure of what they think regarding masturbation, still it’s not joyful doing it for life time. At one point, I’m sure they would explode and seek for a hole to dig. That leaded me to 2 main aspects. First, Saudi people may dig their noses in really a depressed trail to find a gold. However, I could notice some rich people do the same. So, beside gold, they may seek, like priests, for a hole to dig into. You can’t underestimate the stress Saudi population live under. Beside the conditions I just mentioned regarding the Catholics, there’re many other things; hot weather, strict community rules, and the thrill sensation of doing something prohibited. Second aspect is the trust we give religious people when it comes to our children.

I’m really forced to put it into this way; the only exposed white meat in Saudi Arabia is children. And poor religious men, they have to be face to face all the time with children, to teach them, behaving them, and raise them as a good Muslims. There’s that rumor of a test called faith testing/compromising, in that test, a religious man tries to seduce a young pretty lad. When the boy refuses, he passes the faith test. However, when he agrees to be fucked, he would join the holy community of beards.

Religious people don’t only drive their cars, they drive the community. Today morning I went to have a breakfast in a restaurant. I asked for music, like Firouz, for the sake of the lovely morning atmosphere. Alas, they all were afraid of MOTO3 to come and punish them. They looked terrified when it came to the punish issue. I think that punish consists of faith testing. In Saudi Arabia, you can’t practice the minimum freedom regarding your life. Starting from your appearance, passing through the times you go to bathroom, the time you do sex with your wife or potential one, and ending with the freedom of thinking and speaking.

Thanks to them, religion is like a market, offering and demanding. We’re globalizing Islam through them. If you need to be accepted in an occupation, we must allow them check your ass virginity or experience. Then, when you need a promotion, the longest your beard is, the biggest the promotion you have. Eventually, you need to be slave to them, in every aspect of your life. Your ringtones, your clothes, your manners, even your wife must not do sex and attend their female meetings. Also, you need to take your children to them, to test their faith. This way, we will end soon, like 10 years with a community of gays. No hard feeling my gay friends, I will correct it, a community of religious homosexual.

Slavery

Thursday, July 30, 2009

“Some men are slaves by nature”, Aristotle. I considered him as a wise man all the time, until I read this unwise says. However, it’s very bizarre to determine the freedom of somebody from the first moment of his birth, and to some extent the slavery of families for generations and ages, just because they’re slaves by nature! On the other hand, emancipated slaves often come back and search for a master to obey. They can’t realize the meaning of freedom and being free.

Through history, people used to sell themselves, their sons and daughters. I question the value of human being at that period, as well as the importance of freedom. However, it’s relative being free and die of hunger or being killed, rather being slave, fed up and protected. Living was priority at one point of the history. Fortunately, some people changed their minds and decided dying free rather than living as slaves.

Within the history course, what noticed is a struggle of human mankind’s in pursuit of freedom. Moses took his Jewish slaves from Pharaoh and passed the sea running away. Islam limited the slavery and considered free men equal to slave. That’s regarding absolute slavery, yet when it came to people who were just treated like slaves you see them revolute. French is good example to the seeking of freedom, and revaluation against mistreating. Few days ago, I asked a lovely pageant woman what god she worships. She answered me that I don’t feel inferior to anything to be follower/slave to and worship. So, it’s a human nature to resist slavery and being slaved, in contrary of what Aristotle said.

I’m surprised when a whole population being enslaves, and approves it. It’s not ancient Egypt, or a contract of being sold and bought, it’s today in our modern life. Along all countries, and most decent ancient monarchies, we have no country like what I’m about telling of. In old days, the slave is referred/ named after his master, the master of earth and lives above it. It’s the same concept today; some are referred to their land lords. I wonder how stupid these people are, especially when they’re asked, where they are from. Proudly, they answer I’m a slave to my land lord, to my master, and I’m Saudi. In Arabic language when we want to refer something to its origin we use “i" in the end of the word. No need to mention their names, it’s understandable that we are the only country who referred to the monarch.

Don’t ask me how my people approve to be enslaved in this way. They’re just born and die as slaves. It has never been in the history, yet it’s happening nowadays. We breath what they want us to breath; pollutions, industry smokes, and toxins. Alas we’re thankful they allowed us to breath. We learn in schools everyday to respect the master whom we live and die by his order. We work our lives for him to live the best life. Unfortunately, every night we go to bed, we smile before sleeping and pray for the master long living. In some nights, we just obey his orders and give him our wives to sleep with and produce a new slave, named after his highness. This is unique in the human history; enslave population who accepts to be slaves.

So back to the beginning of my entry, “some men are slaves by nature,” and some are meant to be slaves by their own desire. Otherwise, they don’t know how to be respected human beings.

Oil

Monday, June 29, 2009

I don’t want to die. Because, my body will resolve in the soil, and after million years will transform into oil. The oil will be excreted by weak people, to be given to strong people, whom will use it to empower themselves more, and weaken the others more. Alas, my body before death used to serve higher purposes, and later on will serve those I was fighting.

Lands of oil are rich in pain, in diseases, in unemployed people, in unfairness, and in poverty. As well as resources, it’s full of them until you may find for each pain, there’s a corresponding resource. Yet, to sum up all the pain and bad things in one resource, there’s the black gold. Funny name, the black gold may engulf all the pain, or give a birth to every pain. The oil, the black hole, where every happiness disappear and taken away, to reappear in somewhere else, in the middle of the desert. With every tube takes the oil away, the money of that oil is attached with it. What left over for us, in lands of oils, is poverty and pollution.

The oil is over filling their pocket in money. I could observe that in everywhere my eyes reach. Sometime, mistakenly I stepped over some money notes in London or Lebanon. I realized that it must be a Saudi guy through it away, because he doesn’t need it. Sometimes I notice a Saudi people sneezes in money instead of tissues. I see them pees in bathrooms made of gold. Yet, I couldn’t see single Saudi person pees oil. Umm, I forgot they don’t drink oil, yet we do, people of lands of oil. We inhale it, and drink it, we are forced to drink a poison daily. Yet, they enjoy the money we die making.

When I drive my car in Riyadh, I could notice a whole new infra structure under construction. I could be covered by a new tall building in everywhere. New building which soon would provide more and better occupations. Better jobs for Riyadh residents will provide better income and better life. That’s an investment. An investment will last after the oil runs out. After poverty eats us alive, and drives us to death. After farms turn into an ash. And to keep us blind of what is going on, they repaint a school. They reconstruct a street. They put lights in a dark road. They make roads better places, so our youth spend more time there, doing bad thing, and less time in anywhere else, like schools, universities, education centers, knowledge places doing researches and good things. The only sginificant improvement I could notice here in the prison. hey are ruining us by our hands, by our money, and build a strong empire there in the middle of the desert.

Oil what a strange liquid. It keeps me poor, it keeps others rich.
